Metal Gear Online Beta Vouchers
April 21st, 2008 | by Justin Nolan |Konami is giving away beta vouchers to “qualified” users that sign up for the promotion. Not sure what the qualifications are (probably by region), but I signed up and shortly after I got a free beta code in my inbox!
Yes, Konami fumbled the Beta launch (it was supposed to have started already)… but I can’t argue with free.

I signed up for my konami id the other day and I can’t wait.
I think I heard somewhere that it might have even gotten pushed back until early may. dont know how valid that is though.

I’ve heard it’s still on for Friday. No reason it shouldn’t be either, since the beta has been going on for a while in Japan. Speaking of, I’ve seen gameplay videos from the japanese beta, and I’m less than impressed. Something just looks awkward about the gameplay. Regardless, I’ve got it downloaded and ready to give it a try when they switch the servers on.
