The Gears of War Grind Quickly
February 20th, 2008 | by Tarun Kunwar |Notorious toolbag CliffB has announced the second installment of the Gears of War franchise with a November 08′ release date at the GDC. Timeshift, Call of Jaurez, Medal of Honor…wait, a History Channel shooter?
Thank goodness for COD4 (or as I like to refer to it: electronic crack). Here’s to COD not losing it’s pizzaz until November. And who knows, they might even release COD7 by then. (Not that I’m complaining)

That teaser is wicked sweet. Here’s to hoping the inverted chainsaw move shown will be in the game. I just hope they revamp the multiplayer. I loved the campaign, but it was way too short. And I just wasn’t feeling the multiplayer.

The only reason I liked the multiplayer (well the game for that matter) is because it made taking cover fun. Compared to COD it is pretty choppy though. But then again, so is everything else.
